I thought I’d have to buy something

I haven’t had to purchase any of your products and in a way I am sorry b/c I haven’t financially supported you but in another I’m glad that at this point I don’t need it. Somehow I’ve managed to read your blog, navigate your website and get through the development hurdle that is going on at the time….but I do want to say one thing….THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your blog, your newsletters and just your genuine and honest nature. I just read your article “your baby won’t sleep and it’s your fault!” and I was so close to tears (good ones) when you said something along the lines of ‘it is your fault and it is b/c you are a loving mom/dad’. I just wanted to say thank you for not judging us moms and not making us feel like failures. I do have to say that I recommend your website to so many moms and friends of mine as the place to go to not feel judged and to get in touch with someone who will really put their interest and needs first.

Ok, I’m going to bed now…my son has been sleeping thru for the last few nights (again) and I want to make sure I take every chance I get to do the same….talk soon and once again…THANK YOU for helping so many of us that need your help and guidance!

It can be so frustrating when you baby won’t nap. You lose your free time, your baby is cranky and she can become so overtired that she won’t sleep through the night.  While there are a few babies who appear to do fine without enough napping, naps are a key component of good night sleep, your baby’s development, happy babies, and happy parents. Let’s face it: cranky babies mean cranky parents, and cranky parents can quickly turn entire households upside down.

Where Can You Turn for Help?

When short naps or lack of a predictable routine or sleep schedule affects your family, authors, psychologists, pediatricians, and well-meaning friends are all likely to weigh in with the rights and wrongs of getting your baby back on track to restful, consistent sleep. Much of this information is founded in sleep science, some of it is based on traditional wives tales, and the rest is usually packed into 200-page books that will take weeks of dedicated reading. Unfortunately, all this advice can quickly stack up to make your bleary-eyed days even more difficult to face.

7 Common Baby Nap and Schedule Mistakes, a report released through the childhood sleep gurus from The Baby Sleep Site™, is a quick and easy solution for parents looking to bring a little more sleep (and a little less crankiness) into their lives.  You’ll learn how to develop a sleep routine, curb your unrealistic nap expectations, put an end to sleep associations and remedy 5 other common napping mistakes. It takes the best of the information contained in books, scientific studies, online forums, and experience and transforms it into one short e-book that you can read in a single sitting.

7 Common Baby Nap and Schedule Mistakes offers the tips you need to make important changes, but it also respects the unique ways in which you want your children to be raised.”

For busy parents seeking some much-needed tips on how to get their babies and toddlers to nap better and get on a schedule, access to this kind of streamlined information is the first step toward great results. At the same time, you don’t want a cookie-cutter approach to sleep patterns, since no two children act – or sleep – the same way. 7 Common Baby Nap and Schedule Mistakes offers the tips you need to make important changes, but it also respects the unique ways in which you want your children to be raised.
